Service Agreement for Change Management Certification Course

1. Introduction

• This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Project Xcelerate B.V. ("Provider") and the customer ("Participant"), who has registered for the Change Management Certification Course ("Course").
• By purchasing this Course, the Participant agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Course Description

• The Course provides training and materials related to change management, including preparation for the Certified Change Management Practitioner exam.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration through the Provider's secure payment portal.
• The Participant may be eligible for an early bird discount if registration and payment are completed within the specified promotional period.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Participants may cancel their registration within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive.
• After 14 days, cancellations are subject to a 50% administrative fee, and no refunds will be issued once the Course has commenced.

5. Course Access and Intellectual Property

• The Participant will receive access to the Course materials and online resources upon payment.
• All materials provided are protected by copyright and are for the Participant's personal use only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of the Course materials is prohibited.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

• The Provider will collect and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• The Participant's personal information will be used solely for the purposes of Course administration and communication.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• The Provider will deliver the Course content as advertised but does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as passing the certification exam.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, legal proceedings in the courts of the Netherlands.

9. Amendments and Modifications

• The Provider reserves the right to modify the Course content and terms of this Agreement. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
