Your programs depend on people who can coordinate work, keep projects moving, and lead teams through change.

Most organizations are still waiting for those people to show up.

We build them. Prepared, credentialed, and funded.

Your mission is clear. You need a workforce to carry it forward.

Your team shows up every day committed to the work. But commitment alone doesn't keep programs running smoothly. We're living in a new era that requires adaptability, technicality, and resilience.

The pressure continues to build because AI is reshaping how work gets done, but people still need the human connection.

Work gets dropped between departments. New systems get rolled out and quietly abandoned. Staff resist new directions not because they don't care, but because nobody prepared them for the complexity of modern organizational life.

The gap isn't in your people. It's in their preparation.

And it's not just your organization that feels it.

When preparation fails inside, communities feel it outside.

Your workforce is the first point of contact. When coordination is unclear or processes are inconsistent, the impact doesn’t stay inside the organization. It reaches the families you serve.

When communication falters inside, it shows up outside. Trust erodes, outcomes suffer, and the people who rely on your services feel that gap immediately.

Today, more than 69% of human services providers have had to turn away clients not because of lack of mission, but because of workforce gaps.

The cost of unpreparedness isn’t just operational.
It’s human.

So what changes when your people are truly prepared?

The Rise of Skill-based Leadership

Every organization running programs, coordinating services, and serving communities needs more than task execution.

They need people who can:

  • Communicate with clarity
  • Coordinate across teams without dropping the ball
  • Spot where workflows are breaking and fix them
  • Bring others along when change is needed without burnout

That’s not a management skill.
It’s a human skill.

And it shows up at every level of your organization:

  • The coordinator keeping things running
  • The project lead keeping teams aligned
  • The person helping your organization move forward

AI is accelerating our pace of work, the complexity of systems and the pressure on your workforce.

Organizations that invest in human-centered preparation now will:

Adapt faster: skills-first organizations achieve up to 5x more efficiency and respond to change with greater agility

Deliver more consistently: human skills like communication, coordination, and judgment are now the primary drivers of organizational performance

Serve their communities better:  professional development is the top driver of employee engagement, retention, and mission impact

Those that don't?

They'll experience the same breakdowns just faster.

What is Human-AI Relational Consciousness?

Three levels. One pipeline. Built for the work your organization actually does.

The Community Leadership Pathway develops professionals at every stage from the person who keeps your programs coordinated day to day, to the person who manages complex initiatives across teams, to the person who brings your whole organization along when something needs to shift.

Every level builds on the last. Every credential is nationally recognized. And every graduate is prepared for the real complexity of modern community-serving work.

LEVEL I: Community Project Coordinator

CPC-F | 12 Weeks | 120 RTI Hours | Pre- Apprenticeship

The person who keeps your programs from falling apart.

Builds the foundational structure, communication, coordination, and digital skills your organization needs at the ground level with the human-centered awareness to show up with steadiness, reliability, and care focusing on the community you serve.

LEVEL II: Community Project Manager

CCPM | 6 Months | 150 RTI Hours | Registered Apprenticeship

The person who moves your initiatives forward in the world of work as it actually exists today.

Develops applied coordination and planning capabilities, grounded in Modern Ways of Working, cultural competency, and the human judgment needed to navigate AI-enabled environments with ethical principles.

LEVEL III: Community Change Leader

CCCL | 6 Months | 150 RTI Hours | Registered Apprenticeship

The person who makes innovation actually land.

Builds the human-centered leadership presence to guide people through complexity using human-centered change management practices, ethical AI principles, Human-AI Relational Consciousness, and The HCA Lens to lead successful transformations.

Every level is credentialed. Every graduate is prepared. And the training is funded.

Here's what the data says about what happens when organizations make this investment...

Organizations that invest in human-centered workforce preparation don't just feel the difference, they measure it.

Here's what the data tells us about the AI era we're already living in:

7 of the top 10 skills professionals are building for 2026 are human skills. Leadership. Communication. Judgment. Coordination. As AI absorbs routine tasks, these are the capabilities that determine where humans add irreplaceable value.

Human-AI collaborative teams show 60% greater productivity than human-only teams but only when people are prepared to work within that environment consciously and confidently.

71% of employees haven't received any AI-related training in the last year. And only 17% of organizations are actively up-skilling workers whose roles are being impacted. The gap between what the moment requires and what organizations are doing about it has never been wider.

The organizations that close that gap now by building human-centered, AI-aware professionals at every level will adapt faster, deliver more consistently, and serve their communities better.

Those that don't will keep experiencing the same breakdowns. Just faster.

And here's what makes this different from every other workforce investment you've considered...

The training is covered!

Through HCA and DAS GROW grant funding, the Related Technical Instruction at every level is funded. You provide the workplace. You pay the wages you'd pay anyway. And you can qualify for additional tax credits to offset your costs.

The return on human-centered preparation isn't soft. It shows up in your outcomes, your retention, your funding and the trust your community places in you.

You bring the workplace. We bring the pathway and the funding.

Here's exactly how it works.

The Community Leadership Pathway is built on a three-party partnership, each with a defined role, a clear commitment, and a shared outcome. You don't have to build a training program. You don't have to navigate state compliance. You don't have to figure out how to develop your people while also running your organization.

That's what we're here for.

Human Centered Agility - Intermediary

We deliver and fund training, screen and prepare learners, manage DAS compliance, and support your apprentices through every level of the pathway. We carry the administrative burden so you don't have to.

Your Organization — Employer Sponsor

You provide the workplace, real projects, real supervision, and the on-the-job learning environment that turns  knowledge into organizational capability. You pay your apprentice's wages during that time as usual.

Division of Apprentice Standards

The Massachusetts Division of Apprentice Standards registers and validates the apprenticeship, ensures quality standards, and connects employer sponsors to tax credits and financial incentives.

We're not a traditional training provider. We're a human transformation organization.

Human Centered Agility Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization built on one belief, that the way we prepare people for work has to match the reality of the world they're actually working in.

We don't teach to the slide. We teach to the learner. Every program we build is grounded in science, designed for every kind of mind, and measured not by completion but by transformation.

The Community Leadership Pathway is the expression of that belief in workforce development. It's not a training program you send your staff to and hope for the best. It's a structured, funded, credentialed pathway that builds the human and technical skills your organization needs from the ground up in a way that actually sticks.

The person behind the program vision.

Hi, I'm Britt Smith. Founder of Human Centered Agility.

HCA is a nonprofit organization. That means this work isn't driven by profit targets or shareholder interests. It's driven by one belief: that people deserve to work in environments where they can actually thrive and that building those environments is a skill that can be taught, practiced, and led.

I designed every HCA program as a learning experience. Not a certification course. Not just a certification course.

Because behavior doesn't change through slides. It changes through experience, reflection, repetition, and safety.  The exact conditions we've built into every session of this program.

"In all my years in this field, I’ve met only one other learning facilitator who intentionally designs for neurodivergent learners. One. Most facilitators teach to the slide. I teach to the human in the room because every brain deserves to be met where it is, not where the curriculum assumes it should be."

"I don’t just teach.
I transform."

— Britt Smith

Our Learning Philosophy

Every HCA program is built to the HCA Course Design Standard a memory-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, human-centered learning framework designed around how the brain actually learns.
