The Agile Project Leadership Pathway is a 12-week experiential learning journey that starts with a strong project management foundation, then moves into AgilePM® and Scrum, all through the lens of leadership agility, emotional intelligence, and human-centered leadership.

You'll develop the technical skills to manage complex projects and the leadership agility to adapt, communicate, and bring people with you through uncertainty. Because the best project leaders don't just deliver outcomes, they build trust, navigate complexity, and grow as leaders in the process.

By the end of the program, you will:

  • Plan, organize, and manage projects using both traditional and agile methodologies
