We created the Equity & Agility initiative to ensure access to leadership, resilience, and agility training is not only possible, but expected. This is more than a financial support program. It’s a statement of values.

Why Equity Matters in Leadership

Let’s not tiptoe around it...equity in leadership is urgent. The systems we’ve inherited weren’t built for everyone, and it shows. Too often, the best ideas, the strongest potential, and the most passionate changemakers are left out simply because access was denied.

Access to transformational learning shouldn’t depend on privilege, connections, or corporate sponsorship. The world needs adaptive leaders...ones who reflect diverse experiences, challenge the status quo, and lead with courage, empathy, and vision.

For us, equity isn’t an add-on. It’s the starting point. It’s in our curriculum. It’s in our community. And it’s baked into every program we offer, from AgilePM® and Neuroscience for Change to LaunchPad and the DIG™ Framework.

Learning Experiences That Fund Equity

At Human-Centered Agility, we don’t offer courses.
We offer Learning Experiences that change lives and not just yours.

When you join an HCA Learning Experience, you're not only gaining future-ready leadership skills.

You’re directly funding our mission to bring emotional intelligence, agility, and inclusive transformation to emerging leaders from all walks of life.

We’re not backed by big donors.
We’re powered by people like you.

Your learning experience helps seed our Access Fund, which fuels our tiered scholarship program from 25% support to full tuition coverage.

We offer both needs-based scholarships for individuals and values-aligned programs for organizations.

These options are designed to support access while honoring the real costs of delivering transformational change.

We especially welcome applications from individuals who are currently in or preparing for leadership roles, including:

• Leaders recently laid off (within the past 90 days) from leadership, strategic, or community-based roles

• Veterans or public service leaders 

• Underrepresented individuals facing systemic exclusion, such as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, disabled, or first-gen professionals.

What to Expect if Awarded

Being awarded a scholarship from HCA isn’t just a financial gift, it’s a shared commitment.
Our Learning Experiences are co-created spaces of growth, transformation, and impact. If you’re selected to receive a scholarship, here’s what you can expect:

Tiered Scholarship Support

Scholarships may cover 25% to 100% of tuition depending on your financial need, mission alignment, and available Access Fund resources. All applicants are considered for the highest tier of support based on our rubric.

High-Impact, Human-Centered Learning

You’ll participate in an immersive Learning Experience rooted in emotional intelligence, cultural agility, and real-world transformation.

Commitment to Completion

Because our seats are limited and community-funded, we ask that all scholarship recipients:

• Attend all sessions of the Learning Experience

• Engage fully in discussions, practices, and assignments
