Most programs speak to slides. This one speaks to people.

The People Experience & Organizational Effectiveness Pathway is a 12-week experiential learning journey that prepares professionals to support modern workplaces, strengthen team engagement, and contribute to sustainable organizational performance.

Through hands-on learning, you'll build capabilities across two interconnected areas.  Modern Ways of Working  (MWoW) and the Future of Work (FoW). From emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and mental health–informed leadership to ethical AI, inclusive workplace design, and emerging workforce trends. You'll develop the skills to create environments where people don't just show up. They thrive.

By the end of the program, you will:

  • Design and implement strategies that strengthen team engagement and organizational effectiveness
  • Apply emotional intelligence and mental health–informed leadership to build psychologically safe, inclusive teams
  • Analyze workforce responses to change and apply neuroscience-informed approaches to reduce resistance
  • Evaluate and apply Future of Work concepts and ethical AI practices in real workplace settings
  • Demonstrate career readiness through applied simulations, reflective practice, and a professional portfolio
  • Become eligible to sit for the Neuroscience for Change certification exam
