We start with a strong project management foundation in Module 1; covering the structure, language, and tools of traditional project management before moving into AgilePM® and Scrum. But what makes our approach different is that we don't just teach the technical side. We teach project management through a human-centered lens so you learn not only how to plan and coordinate projects, but how to lead the people inside them with emotional intelligence, trust, and clarity.

AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner are globally recognized credentials awarded by APMG International one of the most respected certification bodies in the world. They signal to employers that you understand both agile methodology and how to apply it in real project environments. Unlike many agile certifications, AgilePM® is recognized across industries, not just in tech.

This is a hybrid program combining live sessions with self-paced learning. Live sessions run 3 hours, once a week. The self-paced content is flexible and moves at your pace, however assignments must be completed by live session. Most participants complete it in significantly less time. Upon completing all program requirements you will be prepared and eligible to sit for your AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner exams through APMG International. Your HCA credentials the People-First Agile Champion certificate are awarded directly upon successful completion of the program. We'll walk you through the exam registration process as part of your career readiness coaching in Week 12.
