Hi, I'm Britt Smith. Founder of Human Centered Agility.

Years ago I was studying for a professional certification. I failed. Not once. Twice. And for a moment, I questioned myself. But instead of giving up, I got curious.

I realized it wasn’t about my intelligence or effort. It was the way I had been taught. The system didn’t match how my brain actually learns.

So I changed the system! Cause...that's how I roll! 

I studied how I learn best and architected a learning framework that worked with my brain and not against it.

The result? I achieved distinction. 

That's why I designed every HCA program as a learning experience. Not a certification course. 
We're asking leaders to adopt a new way of leading which requires a behavioral shift. And behavior doesn't change through slides. It changes through experience, reflection, repetition, and safety.  The exact conditions we've built into every session of this program.
