What We Look for in Our Impact Partners

We're not looking for people who can present slides. We're looking for facilitators who can transform how leaders learn and who have the real-world experience to back it up.

HCA Impact Partners are expected to bring genuine professional expertise to every engagement and to uphold the HCA Course Design Standard in every session they deliver.

Requirements

  • Real-world experience in your area of practice such as agile leadership, people and organizational effectiveness, change management, or learning and development. We value lived experience over credentials alone.
  • Facilitation skills that go beyond content delivery. You know how to create psychological safety, engage diverse learners, and adapt in the room.
  • Alignment with neurodiversity-affirming, human-centered facilitation practices.
  • Relevant professional accreditation where required particularly for APMG certified programs.
  • Deep alignment with HCA's mission. Human-centered, equitable, and transformation-first.
  • AgilityĀ mindset, self-directed, flexible, and mission-motivated.
